ID Requirements & Piercing Age Restrictions

Adults 18 and over must have photo ID. Acceptable Forms of ID include: 

• State ID card

• Driver's License 

• Passport 

• Military ID 

• Permanent Resident Card 

• Federal or State-issued photo ID

Minors 16+ must have ID. Acceptable Forms of ID include:

• State ID card

• Driver's License 

• Learners Permit

• Passport

• School ID with birth certificate

Minors under 16
